Section 6 – Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

At Vadaq, we reserve the authority to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. We may impose limits on the number of items purchased per customer, household, or order. These limits can apply to:

  • Transactions made with the same credit card
  • Orders sharing the same billing or shipping address

Should we need to make changes or cancel an order, we’ll attempt to notify you via the email address or phone number you provided during checkout.

To ensure seamless processing, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date account details. This includes:

  • Your correct billing and shipping address
  • A valid email address and phone number
  • Updated payment information, including credit card expiration dates

This helps us to successfully process your payments and contact you if there are any issues with your order.
