Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our support team before sending back any products.

Non-Returnable Items
Some items may be non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, or custom nature. This includes assembled products, used equipment, or clearance items unless faulty or damaged.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect, damaged, or defective upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Exchanges
